It is really convenient to have walk-in appointments at the Eye Clinic. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Dr. Herde and her staff are terrific.

Really liked the doctor

I actually really like how Dr. Herde interact and listens to me. I like her more than the previous person i saw. Will come see Dr. Herde from now on.

For me My Chart is a blessing. I don't have a car and have a disability. Gundersen at Cass Street has an amazing crew. They answer all my questions. Also they has the mail service, so for me is a great advantage. They remind me every time I need my refills on time. Love Gundersen. Everyone is so dedicated and kind. Don't change. God bless you all.

Just got new insurance which prompted the change to Emplify. Yearly eye exam team did great job. Setting up My Chart and insurance related items were cumbersome. Overall good experience

Your entire staff at Gundersen was so helpful. Dr Ashley Herde was kind. Thorough and would recommend her highly.

The check in staff was not that friendly at all but everyone else was really great. In fact, better than I expect from Gundersen's usual level of below standard care. So there is that. We will see how I am treated when I go pick up my poor people glasses.

The doctor and the optometry assistant were on time, very kind and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.

I felt comfortable and at ease during the exam and confident in the provider's ability. Felt comfortable about asking questions.

The wait time AFTER the doctor was done was absolutely horrific. We waited almost one hour just to have someone order her glasses. The employee did not go in order of when the guests were done with the doctor. Another patient skipped right in front of us and he was fine with it. There was no reason to wait that long AND just take whoever is closest to them. Very unhappy with that portion of the visit. Up until that point everything was great.
