This is my first time with this doctor. For the most part, it was good. I do believe there were moments in which there was a hard time understanding one another. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt as I do think this provider was altruistic. I've had not so good experiences with some doctors who don't have good bedside manners. This one is not one of them. Thank goodness. I think he is a credit to Bellin.

I was happy with my appointment with Dr. Fenando. He seems very knowledgeable and current with new findings about my illness. I am very happy that I will be able to see him in Marinette in the future which is much closer to my home.

Everybody was extremely welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable at any point. And my doctor, he discovers something that I've been trying to find out for many years because he took the time to listen to all my concerns and gave me a very thorough initial evaluation. So it is much appreciated. He's very caring, listening. Great job.

Excellent experience. My doctor actually took time with me. Discussed every system that's affected by the rare autoimmune disease I have. He is excellent. I feel so grateful to have him as my doctor.

I was extremely surprised and grateful that Dr. Fernando did not appear rushed and was so thorough. Until Brea Sorge became my NP, and now Dr. Fernando, my rheumatologist, I was looking for care at other locations because I felt like Bellin rushed all visits. Both exceeded my expectations. One suggestion, please add soft calming music to the waiting rooms at all buildings. It definitely would help those who may be anxious or concerned about their appointment.

Dr. Fenando was amazing. He was very thorough and I felt good about things when I left. The nurse was very pleasant and personable. She explained things very well to me. Then the lab lady.......kudos to her, she did an amazing job drawing my blood. No one has gotten a vein in my arm in over 20 years!!! It has always been the top of my hand butterfly. But she did it! She was very pleasant and personable as well. I had a great group of people!!!

Want to thank Dr Fenando for taking me in as soon as he did. So far so good.

I'd like to say that I enjoy Bellin with my care needs. No issue at all for my well being, while treated by new providers or old.

Delightful experience

Dr. Fenando was exceptional. It was clear he thoroughly reviewed my referral records before seeing me. His physical exam was thorough. He carefully and thoughtfully explained my lab results and plan of care in a kind manner using terminology that was easy to understand.
