April is a phenomenal provider! She is eager to answer any questions I may have. She has a comforting bedside manner and truly cares for her patients. She has been my provider in two specialties and also asissted with my surgery. I'm always reassured to know she is available and will provide excellent care.

Provider was intuitive, provided eye to eye contact, explained everything carefully and thoroughly. Asked questions from different angles making the answers encompassing and complete. A wonderful experience with a knowledgeable person. She used models to explain and help visualize the inner workings of the body. I am completely satisfied with this person.

I was able to see April, one of the new nurse practioners rather quickly and she is fantastic. So patient and listened and explained everything so carefully. The check in and check out process always seems awkward to me as though no one wants to be the first to engage. One receptionist in particular never engages or looks up as though she has other duties and it isn't part of her job description. Once you can figure out who actually is going to engage they are for the most part very pleasant. It seems there could be a system where they rotate each check in and the next one up smiles and asks to help you instead of having to stand there awkwardly until someone gives in and greets you.

Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and helpful. I apologized for being late and the check-in person was so sweet and reassured me that I was right on time (I still think I was late). The person who took me to the exam room made me feel like I was a friend vs another patient. The provider, April, treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable which isn't easy to feel when you're there for a pelvic exam.
