April listened carefully, explained well, and patiently involved me in the treatment plan. Her manner instilled trust and I left the appointment feeling grateful and well cared for.

I was appreciative of the skill/knowledge of April and her ability to articulate my issues. She also had diagrams and after taking some physical assessments she was able to have technology simulate what my condition would look like-personal diagram. I am thankful for assistive technology even though I caution the use of AI to give accurate final reporting of facts. (AI does make errors and one needs to read carefully just to make sure things are correct)-proofing is still required.

April is great, easy to talk to and understanding.

My provider made comments in MyChart on past things I've been diagnosed with but in no way were part of or discussed during appointment. She also made comments on an exam finding that she noticed during the exam but noted she didn't discuss the abnormality of the exam with me. The symptoms the abnormality can cause we're exactly the symptoms I was there about yet other things were unnecessarily discussed instead of the exam findings. I find both those things inappropriate & unprofessional. Besides those 2 details she is a great doctor

Visit and provider were good but notes after visit - which I assume were AI generated - were not even close to our discussion in many instances. Pretty worthless and will no doubt be misleading at future visits.

April was very thorough and helpful with getting me comfortable with my Interstim again. We are working together to get optimum results.

April is a phenomenal provider! She is eager to answer any questions I may have. She has a comforting bedside manner and truly cares for her patients. She has been my provider in two specialties and also asissted with my surgery. I'm always reassured to know she is available and will provide excellent care.

Provider was intuitive, provided eye to eye contact, explained everything carefully and thoroughly. Asked questions from different angles making the answers encompassing and complete. A wonderful experience with a knowledgeable person. She used models to explain and help visualize the inner workings of the body. I am completely satisfied with this person.
