The Gunderson Lutheran facility in Lacrosse has the most confusing and inadequate signage I have ever seen in a public space.

Everyone in Cardiology was very pleasant and respectful. Tony took the time to explain everything to me very well and went through my heart monitor data in detail with me. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Thank you to Tony, the nurse, and the receptionists who checked me in and out!

Good appointments

My fmla paperwork is 1 1/2 months not finished, no one wants to help finished or even fill out, family doc eckstein or cardiology doctor. Now facing a firing situation at work. My problem is my heart, beating 160 beats/min I went to emergency in onalaska and la crosse to get my heart into sinus rythm, 8 times this year. Just need my fmla paperwork filled out so I'm not fired. Wish someone could help, the stress is too much...

Doctor Anthony explained everything very well so I could understand it...very good at what he does...I would recommend him anytime

Provider was great. Explained condition better than Cardiologist.

Friendly staff, someone like me who has anxiety made me feel at ease during my cardioversion.

PA Sanchez made me feel very good about myself and that the medications that I'm on are the right ones for me. I actually walked out of the exam room with a smile! He's very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Tony was absolutely great. He explained everything. I had questions and he went out of his way to bring someone in to answer. I felt so much better about the procedure. I feel so lucky boy to have had an appointment with Tony. He is great.

The lady at the check in desk was evidently still learning the process. Not real welcoming. My initial blood pressure was 144/78 which seemed acceptable to them. I thought a secondary reading would have been lower but since they weren't concerned, no big deal. And then today I get a my chart message from my primary care Dept with concern about the reading. Seems like something we should have discussed during my visit.

Anthony did a great job of explaining the procedure being recommended.

I sat for one hour and 15 min. waiting to be called in for my appointment. I had checked in early and couldn't figure out why I wasn't being called in. I checked at the desk and found out they hadn't been notified that I was there. I was told that the system had kicked me out because of a glitch because I had paid in advance on my co-pay. What ever I was then rushed in my a wonderful nurse and apologized to and thankfully they all treated me very well after. Dr. Sanchez was very nice and was glad I hadn't left without him seeing me. So the thing is your system is out of wack due to the change over to Emplify and needs some looking into. It was quite a afternoon to say the least.

The added "security" for My-care makes it "user-unfriendly" for me. Check-in was painfully slow. Lack of adequate staff made worse by a series of new questions - sort of a pre-triage to a triage.

wholly professional. Everything is up to date and understandable.

I saw Tony Sanchez and was very happy with him. He was informed of my past problems, gas e me options and did NOT make me feel rushed, answering all my concerns.

Was very happy to meet Dr Sanchez first time visit with him , he took time to know what I have been going through medically and challenges we have been going through with hospital staffing not getting right information to me in a timely manner.
