This is a wonderful clinic. Definitely an asset to the community. The care practitioners are very well knowledgeable. It's wonderful to have them in our area.

My provider asked if I was okay with an intern coming in during my appointment. I said yes but didn't realize my provider would leave. I feel my provider should also be in there during my appointment. I was disappointed with my wellness exam this time.

Everyone was professional and friendly. It was a calm and reassuring experience. Thank you.

Tried my provider first, couldn't get an appointment, was surprised how easy and fast it was to get a video visit. When I called the nurse line she made the appointment. Not sure how I'd do that in mychart, wish I knew. Everyone was great.

Very friendly staff, they seem to work very well together and made me feel very confident and comfortable during my visit.

Love the local Houston clinic.

We need these small clinics. They help so many people in so many ways. It's why I appreciate you keeping these clinics staffed. The staff is wonderful in the Houston clinic. They care about people.

Too much time is spent on follow-up visits. The information can be passed on to me by a simple phone call. It is also posted immediately on My Chart and I can get the info from there. This saves me a half day of my time and travel to visit your office. Maybe this will have an effect on the amount you bill Medicare.

Houston Clinic is great I feel very lucky to have such a great provider Anne and the team at the Houston Clinic. FYI my husband and I drive 2.5 hours to this clinic because of the great care we receive.

Everyone is so welcoming. They are efficient and very caring. They made my visit extremely relaxing.

I would like more details on MyChart. For example, for my wellness visit, I could not locate information on MyChart regarding my fasting blood work. I had to call the office to schedule my own lab time.

You need to improve My Chart. I entered all requested information on the initial "Check In" notification. Then I kept getting "Check In" notifications and found that none of my previously entered data had not been saved. I feel with the flood of "Check In" notifications and the fact that the initial "Check In" data/info entries are not saved into the system for that specific appointment and then populated into the subsequent "Check In" notifications is a good reason to ignore those.

This was my first visit with Dr Piper. She is awesome!

The MyChart app is annoying. I had a text asking if I had arrived. I clicked the response for Yes and it returned with "Sorry, we couldn't check you in." So what was the point?
