I am grateful for the care and treatment I received from Dr. Kitzmann and her staff.

The Doctor and staff were wonderful. Mychart is unweldy, awkward, way too repetitive on unnecessary questions and info. If we have to go through the same questionaire each time we echeck in, once in a day or week or month should be enough, and the 'skip' or answer buttons should be on the initial question page instead of having to scroll down so many times. Some of the questions are totally irrelevant and the answers perpetually the same and so is a waste of time and space. Now getting ready for a video visit is causing undo problems when it won't accept the answer and keeps saying go back and you have to start over answering many pages, again, before it won't accept your answer and keeps saying go back and you have to start over answering many pages, AGAIN, before it won't accept your answer, etc, etc. By the time you can get it to work, you are late for the appt. Quit fixing what isn't broken!!!!!!

Had to wait 6+ weeks to get appointment, long wait when your eyes hurt and it's your vision. But the care was brilliant once I got in.

I didn't appreciate being spoken to as if I were 9. I realize some people need that, but the provider should adapt to where the patient's education level is at.

Everyone is always nice at the eye department.
