My "team" is exceptional at what they do. Caring and compassionate when they interact with me and extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the current medical information. Dr. Kitzmann and the support staff go above and beyond usual practice to make sure to find the drugs they feel are necessary affordable and available. A person couldn't ask for a better medical team than them.

I appreciated how quickly they were able to add me to their schedule. I was unannounced and needed to be seen. Everyone was kind. I have an appt with my normal eye doctor in a month so I will wait to have my questions answered. While the pamphlet told me what it was, it didn't really have any information on how to fix, change, or overcome. Dr. Kitzmann took the time to look deeply and figure out what was going on and it put my mind at ease for now.

I have a frustrating problem concerning my eye I have had 3 surgeries on at Emplify. I had a referral to see Dr Kitzmann and I know you are short on cornea specialists but I waited almost 7 weeks to get in. I am not sure I am getting the best outcomes with my vision but am trying to be very hopeful and confident in the answers I am getting

I spoke with a total of seven staff people during the course of my visit. From the reception at the door, to signing in for the first time, to each individual in my doctor's office, everyone conducted themselves with great kindness and professionalism.

Using my chart is relatively new to me. I am of the older generation so the simpler the better!

I was experiencing a new symptom with my left eye, called for an appointment and was seen within an hour. The team was thorough, respectful and helped me understand what was happening as well as their recommendations for the future. For me this was a great experience with all of my questions answered. Thank you

My appointment was at 1:20 and the doctor didn't walk in the room until 2:15. I was late for another appointment

I'm disappointed that I can no longer see my ophthalmologist as I'm being sent to an Optometrist for future visits. This makes me nervous since I take a drug that can damage retinas, and I have glaucoma. I have been stable but still I wonder if this is a correct decision.

First time visit with Dr Kitzmann she was very thorough and really took care of my needs that was of concern she did wonderful job

Dr.Anna Was Very Professional And Friendly!!!She Did An Excellent Job With My Eye Injections!!! It Was Painless Even After The Numbing Wore Off!!! I Would Recommend Her To Anybody Having This Treatment!!!

The Doctor and staff were wonderful. Mychart is unweldy, awkward, way too repetitive on unnecessary questions and info. If we have to go through the same questionaire each time we echeck in, once in a day or week or month should be enough, and the 'skip' or answer buttons should be on the initial question page instead of having to scroll down so many times. Some of the questions are totally irrelevant and the answers perpetually the same and so is a waste of time and space. Now getting ready for a video visit is causing undo problems when it won't accept the answer and keeps saying go back and you have to start over answering many pages, again, before it won't accept your answer and keeps saying go back and you have to start over answering many pages, AGAIN, before it won't accept your answer, etc, etc. By the time you can get it to work, you are late for the appt. Quit fixing what isn't broken!!!!!!
