I question the new Emplify Character as my visit was more about what I could pay for rather than what was best for me. If I could pay up front for the procedure it would be done but if not it would be passed over.

Might need to boost your wi-fi. When I try to arrive, I get the spinning circle and always have to present to the desk.

The previsit questionnaire is excessive and takes too long. What relevance is religious affiliation? It's not acceptable the difficulty in trying to schedule a future appointment.

Anna is a very kind, smart PA who did a thorough exam. She offered three options for treament. The one I chose requires a pre auth from my insurance. The yearly follow up was scheduled 14 months out, which I was not happy with. Currently waiting to see if pre auth is completed so I can come back for the "blue" light treatment.

All staff were wonderful. From Checkin staff to the Nurse and Provider. Thank you.

The PA needs to listen more carefully like the nurse did. I have not had a good experience with dermatology for many years and the quality of care seems to keep going downhill.

It is apparent that Dermatology is very short with providers. When trying to schedule my 1 year recheck we had to go out into 2027. To be honest I was nervous seeing a PA instead of an actual Dermatologist but Anna was very thorough & very efficient & put my mind at ease. I appreciated her help.

On line check in process is long. In person check in and check out people were pleasant, but the process seems like it takes a long time....

This was a referral from my family medicine doctor, the primary doctor froze a concerning area on my skin. They got me in very fast with a cancellation but the specialist prefers to wait 3-4 weeks to see the results of the cryo so rescheduled another exam. Possibly opportunity for improved communication between providers so appointment time isnt wasted. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Anna was excellent. Called me by name, explained in detail, checked to see if I had questions. What is extremely frustrating is getting a Derm appointment especially when I'm a constant skin cancer patient!!

Anna was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She didn't seem hurried and I appreciated the time she took with me. I came away feeling reassured about my skin issues.

I was so impressed with how well the entire team treated me when I got there.

The only thing is it would be nice if they get some more dermatology so that you can get an appointment when you need it instead of having to wait a couple months to get in. I make mine yearly, but I know there's other times my father or somebody wanted to get in dermatology and he had to wait a year. So that's my only complaint. Thank you. Goodbye.

I have only just met this provider for a fairly brief encounter which was quite positive, buy not enough to know much yet. I very much appreciate that she was able to see me as an extra/add-on patient. There was some confusion in that I wasn't added in the computer before I arrived, even though I had received a call back to my phone message telling me about the appointment date and time. I was somewhat anxious the provider might leave, thinking I was a no show as it was nearing the end of the morning and took several minutes for the receptionist to call scheduling, etc. I was very grateful to be seen the day after my call.

This is the first provider in dermatology that actually seemed to care and listen. The previous years, not so much/felt brushed off. She clearly reviewed my chart of previous visits and was aware of my concerns.

My chart does not work for arrival check in

My appointment provider was changed without any notification. My provider was very good and available at the same day and time, but notification of the change should have been a common courtesy. It was especially disappointing as the appointment was switched from an MD to a PA-C. Getting an appointment in this department is very difficult. When dealing with patients who have had cancer, pushing the appointment out another 6 months is not a good option.
