Dr. Batterson is absolutely wonderful. She is kind and efficient and I have now had the injections from her at least three or four times, which I've had before, and she is by far the best provider at doing this. And I'm so sorry I don't know the name of the woman who usually is her assistant. I don't know whether she's a nurse or she has black hair and is a little older, and she is just the most supportive, kindest soul you could ask for. Between the two of them, as horrifically painful as those shots are, they are wonderful. Getting through the process online to try to get an appointment to deal with nurses and things like that and ask questions is just hellacious. I mean, it's just, I don't know. I don't know why, but I don't.

I was not happy with the length of time it took to get a follow up appointment after the steroid injection did nothing and I was in pain. I don't think patients should have to wait months to be seen for further treatment

I think you should be able to get into a provider more than a month and another month to get a shot and then another month to go back and see her when I'm in pain now. You need to be able to get in and see people than a month later.

For inflicting so much pain Anna and her assistant were friendly, helpful and made it as positive experience as one could have under the circumstances.

Everything went well once I got to the right areas. It doesn't seem like the shot I got is giving me much relief yet. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
