no clock in waiting room. no water fountain found easily. wait time close to an hour. it took several months to get an appointment. but that seems unfortunately stand operating for clinic these days. does one need to check out? or simply leave. Having to ask on the way out.

Dr Batterson explains everything in detail is respectful, professional and kind. Excellent care. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Batterson is very thorough with her exam and has given excellent help for direction in my care. Also, she has a delightful presence.

Dr. Batterson is absolutely wonderful. She is kind and efficient and I have now had the injections from her at least three or four times, which I've had before, and she is by far the best provider at doing this. And I'm so sorry I don't know the name of the woman who usually is her assistant. I don't know whether she's a nurse or she has black hair and is a little older, and she is just the most supportive, kindest soul you could ask for. Between the two of them, as horrifically painful as those shots are, they are wonderful. Getting through the process online to try to get an appointment to deal with nurses and things like that and ask questions is just hellacious. I mean, it's just, I don't know. I don't know why, but I don't.

I was not happy with the length of time it took to get a follow up appointment after the steroid injection did nothing and I was in pain. I don't think patients should have to wait months to be seen for further treatment
