I just want to take a moment to share how truly incredible my experience has been with Ann Patty, because she genuinely deserves the highest praise. She is absolutely top notch in every sense of the word. From the moment I walk into my appointments, I feel welcomed, respected, and truly cared about. What sets her apart is how deeply she listens. She doesn't rush, she doesn't brush things off, and she really takes the time to understand what I've been working on and what matters to me. One of the things that meant the most to me was how she recognized and celebrated the progress I've made with my health. Maintaining my weight while also losing fat mass and gaining muscle is not easy, and she immediately understood the significance of that. When she praised me for it, it felt genuine and heartfelt, not just something she says to everyone. She acknowledged the effort behind it, and that meant everything. There was a moment that really stuck with me. She told me she was smiling behind her mask because she was so impressed with what I've accomplished. That might sound like a small thing, but it honestly made me feel so proud and validated. You could hear the warmth in her voice, and it made the whole appointment feel uplifting. It's rare to find someone who celebrates your wins with you like that. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease, like you're not just another patient on a schedule. I can honestly say I look forward to my appointments with her, which is something I never thought I'd say about medical visits. She makes the experience feel positive and even uplifting. Ann Patty is truly one of the best, and I am so grateful to have her as part of my care. I can't wait to see her again, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Ann Patty is a wonderful provider. She is very knowledgeable, explains things well and very empathetic. She goes out of her way to get answers to your questions and put you at ease.

This is a great department!

I met with the dietitian then Ann Patty. I also had labs done. When I messaged my chart about a couple of the high results I was told I needed to see Ann Patty again to go over the meds I was taking. I told the scheduler I had just seen the dietician & Ann Patty & went over my medications. They said I need to come in. I feel this was an inconvenience & not a necessary visit since I was there a week ago. They could have called me to discuss. I went over my medications the first visit. This has happened one other time as well. They had forgotten to tell me the correct dosage to be taking. This is not acceptable!

This is hard topic to deal with. Everyone I dealt with had the utmost dignity and respect.

I can't get into my chart and when I called to schedule an appointment, I was transferred 3 time and nobody' could schedule my appointment and they haven't called me back to schedule
