Dr Manke was awesome land very thorough. I feel like I was properly evaluated

She took all the time in the world with me. I understand my hearing tests last 6 months and I have that amount of time to decide if I want a trial with hearing aides. Very nice people.

Staff was very kind, welcoming, listening to my concerns. However hearing test appt. was 20 minutes late. I understand that things come up to cause delays. Luckily, I was not on a tight time schedule.

The whole team went above and beyond expectations by squeezing me in for a few treatments to help me with my problems.

Could you put the location, bldg, and floor and WHICH elevators to use in appointment information I wasted 15 minutes or more because I went to wrong bldg. instructions I recd from an employee didn't mention to take elevator B . I took C. Wrong one. I wonder how many other people have done this Oh, I was going to audiology. I went to east bldg.

Dr. Manke is an excellent communicator. The rest of the staff in audiology, particularly the tech was also very helpful, efficient and kind.

Dr Manke is personable, caring and always invites questions. Several times I had questions and she resolved them in the office. I love Dr Manke!

Don't like the new my chart system.too much paper work to sign and getting hacked. And emplify not wanting to take responsibilities for it.also too much sharing of patient info need to keep info more in house!

The way everything was explained was thorough and helpful! My little guy was treated wonderfully. The time taken to test him felt unrushed and just so nice. I couldn't be more thankful for the entire experience. Truly great!

She was warm, welcoming, took the time to get my child to trust her. She listened carefully to all my questions and concerns and thoughtfully addressed everything.

We had an odd request to fill out a sleep study questionnaire when checking in for Dr. Manke, which she is not part of.

Found Dr Manke to be very reassuring. I was very nervous about exam. She put me at ease. Will definitely want to see her again.
