My Chart posted results from testing it said before they were reviewed by the provider when actually he had already went over them with me.

The student or intern was very good at the job. His results matched Dr. Nahas perfectly. I always feel good about the job they do for me.

Overall it was a good experience. I do have trouble with Mychart, for some reason. It always asks me for a code to verify my identity and then sends a text saying that they would never ask me for a code, so I have problems getting to my account and information on My chart.

I found the very personal and detailed questions about my mental health and social issues somewhat intrusive, but filled it out anyway. Then somewhere in the online check-in process, the very same questions showed up again as if I had never answered. Something is wrong with the process.

My experience with my chart is poor,it is so difficult to use. It was very helpful before the changes. Start to sign in then you have to go out request code number, then go back. Try to get the first email back, too much to use my chart now.

I like the personal touch that the staff provides. They call me by my name even before I actually check in. They make me feel at ease in the exam rooms by commenting on their personal lives and asking about mine. They are very professional, thorough and accommodating.

The appointment, everything at the hospital, everything was great. The clinic is no problem, but my care, my chart, all of that stuff is very difficult to use. And I could not check in because it didn't send me a code at my phone number or at my email, both of which they have my, all the information came that way. So I don't know why I couldn't check in online, but it was no problem to check in when I got there. But yeah, your computer system, take a look.

While driving from Madison to LaCrosse, I realized that my eye infection was getting worse, so I stopped at the Viroqua clinic hoping to see a doctor in urgent care. But they did not open for 2 hours. The receptionist said to just stop at the eye clinic right there , like 10 feet away. They made a call and got me right in to see the doctor. He did some testing and ordered some drops that I could pick up at the Gundersen pharmacy on Cass. I put the drops in before noon. What a relief! Many thanks to all of these friendly helpful people. I could not be happier. Amazing!

Appreciate a text reminder of my appointment but don't need more than one. We travel 45 miles to Viroqua and don't need the "have you arrived yet" text when we're on our way and not late.

The Doctor and all the staff are always so welcoming and cordial. Best office staff I've ever encountered, in a healthcare facility. Never had a complaint.

Dr Nahas was great. Very professional with just the right amount of personal communication. Would highly recommend him. The only thing that concerned me was my appt was at 7:45am and I arrived around 7:30am no one was present and the glass door to the depths was locked at it indicated the hours were from 8am until 5pm. So I initially thought I screwed up my appt on my calendar... but the intake person showed up a minute later and everything was fine.

Checking out I experienced a problem with paying with a credit/debit card tried another and they all were declined . There was no issues with my banks or my cards . I paid via check . It was the computer system tied to the point of sale obviously. The employees had no clue how to verify the problem. The IT department should have been aware and on it immediately. Lots of frustration and embarrassment.

I'm not so great on the computer and couldn't send the email check in. Prefer to do this in person. Everyone was very courteous, professional and I'll see you all in another year. Thanks.

Dr. Nahas has excellent bedside manner. He has a way of acknowledging your worries while helping you understand your situation in a way that makes you feel less overwhelmed. He's a phenomenal doctor with a contagious and upbeat attitude. I was checked in immediately and quickly. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, even though I was 15 minutes early. The testing was quick and simple, though I hate the visual field test with the passion of a thousand exploding suns. The staff were polite and efficient. 10/10 experience.

I had the best eye exam in years. Dr. Nanas was kind, patient , and explained things using pictures so I could see why I was having issues. He provided me with several options to consider. Karen was also helpful and explained the procedures as she did them. She even provided me with some shopping advice for the area! Good experience.

The staff was pretty friendly but one of the receptionists was sick and coughing. I'm immunocompromised so I was risking my life as the air filtration seems non-existent. With the amount of air filter products available now and airborne diseases, it's crucial to treat the air as well as hygiene or it's just pretend. The whole place was stuffy and hot and with the amount of people visiting, there is no excuse for not having air filters in every room and masks in health care facilities. I would not go back or recommend because there is ignorance at play of real health risks. First, do no harm. One staff member was kind enough to escort me to a separate waiting room but it was not enough to mitigate the zero air flow and sick patients and staff. Doctor was proffesional and wore a mask.

If you just want to read the "ABC's" and get classes go to any eye clinic. If you want a doctor to real "eye examination " go see Dr Nahas and his staff!!!
