The whole experience was positive. The building was accessible and clean, the reception staff were helpful and respectful, the assistant who worked with me was thorough, helpful and respectful. The Dr was excellent. Very grateful for such wonderful quality care for my eyes close to home. Stopped to get my glasses adjusted at the eye glass center which is there too and that was also a wonderful experience.

Very good ustomrer relations from everyone!

I don't really care for My Chart, or frankly any other web-type contacts. Personal one-on-one contact is far better.

Snow day, worked me in easily.

The follow-up instructions that I read in my MyChart were somewhat contradictory.

Arrived early, but was seen earlier than expected.

Very good experience, I had been going out of town so it is such a good feeling to be back home. Dr. Sassa a was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy with my experience, the whole staff was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

First time to go to the eye clinic and a very nice visit and very professional.

When my medical Dr requested I get an eye exam when I was in for my annual physical I was able to get an appointment for the eye exam within 3 days. Excellent service and compassionate care.

Dr. Sassman listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the complex issues regarding my chronic Dry Eyes. He made appropriate treatment recommendations and was thorough and very friendly. He made sure I knew what to do with follow up. I'll be back.

I go out of network to use you. I really like Dr. Sassaman. He's easy to talk to and I trust him with our eye health. I really wish you would reconsider accepting Collins VSP insurance though.

My first experience at the Decorah clinic and it was excellent. Tried to get into Waukon and no openings and they got an appointment in Decorah.

Everyone is amazing, kind, and thoughtful. They even had some appointments set aside for teachers and kids going back to school so I could get my son an appointment when he needed it. I'm so thankful!

The new auto notification system is a bit over enthusiastic: Four or five reminders to check-in online even after that has been completed, andmultiple reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to the appointment. Plus different departments us the notification differently, some adding on time for check-in and others just the actual time of appointment. A little consistency would be welcome.
