There are 2 problems I experienced... 1. The ladies drawing blood have a hard time getting my blood. 2. There are too many reminders about my appointment. 1 reminder would be enough.

I greatly appreciated not being channelled through my appointment. I am willing to wait extra minutes knowing that if I need a few extra minutes, it will be given to me.

The doctor visit went well, as usual. Your automated call reminder wasn't working. I got two calls with no voice. The only reason I hesitate to recommend the Gunderson system is that it too often takes appointments with a series of PAs before you ever get to see a doctor. I'm going to have to drive 1 1/2 hours to La Crosse to see a PA specialist. Often that means another long trip to see the doc which delays proper treatment and costs more for the patient. At some point, I'll switch providers to avoid the slow and inconvenient system.

Yeah, I just wanted to say I think Andrea is a doctor that you can feel like you can ask her anything and she explains stuff and she's very helpful, you know, on stuff that she tells you and then maybe gives you ideas of what you can do and blah, blah, blah. I'm very well satisfied with her.
