Andrea Wilson is the BEST at injecting knees. I've had the most positive results from her procedure over that of other providers.

Andrea is a family favorite. She has always spoken to us with confidence and care. Stressing the importance and reasons for her restrictions and guidance. My children have always been spoken to in age appropriate ways and they truly understand their injuries . We are so blessed to have her as part of the Decorah Team!

My care provided by dr wilson was superior especially in comparison to care I was provided in another state where my injury occurred.

Andrea was very helpful but she has always done a great job. I was unsure why orthopedic surgeons did not want to operate (they had just left a message, stating I was not a candidate for surgery). She explained that the knee was not quite bad enough yet to be considered for surgery and explained why.

Andrea Wilson is very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. She has assisted me in healing up my right shoulder and now is working on my left knee (too many birthdays, on my part). She revealed how to react to swelling and pain very well (Pain is good, and extreme pain is extremely good. USMC proverb). Give Andrea a raise.

Yeah, I would just like to say that Andrea Wilson was very, very thorough. I couldn't say enough good about her in my checkup that I had there as far as her explaining everything so very thoroughly as far as understanding what I had going on with a knee. And anyway, I'm going to definitely keep her as any orthopedic issues that come up. So I couldn't have been happier with the care and treatment I got there. Thank you.

To be honest I'm not sure how to answer this question. I and PT I've been seeing suspected tendon tear. Provider agreed is likely but recommended no imaging or further action. Since I'm active, still do physical work, it seems counterintuitive to not repair a tendon tear. Seems will increase risk of damage to only remaining tendon attaching that muscle. Then what, can't bend my arm or lift anything???

My provider explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. She was great.

The health care of this place is about money. I complained about shoulder issues about a year and a half ago. Shoulder injuries are far more expensive than carpel tunnel (not spelled right). That's what explains the complete ignorante of my shoulder and just want to treat me like a T-Rex, by "fixing" my forearm and wrestling while my shoulder wont be able to move above my neck.

Dr Wilson does a great job of listening and caring about her patients.

Professional but personal. Have seen provider for years

Provider was late due to legitimate issues with other patients. Did not appear that she read my history thoroughly...but seemed knowledgeable about my reason for the visit. Had a cortisone shot during the visit. Provided relief. Not sure what I was to do after physical therapy cycle. And followup with Provider.

My provider, Ms. Wilson P.A., is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to see me on very short notice, diagnose a rare injury and arrange immediate treatment.

Andrea and her nurse were great. I have MyChart but can't get into it. When I try to do the reset steps, I never get the text with the code. I find this very annoying.

All went as provider said it would Pain had subsided by that same evening around 7:30 pm

Professional and Expertise with precision

My Doctor looked at the x rays and explained why I had pain in my knee and what to expect in the future. She gave me a shot of cortisone in my knee and within a week the pain was gone and am able to walk pain free.

Andrea always does a great job narrowing down the issues that may be causing the pain and finding the reason. So lucky to have her here!

The provider and staff was great, but remember the system is here for the patient Not the bottom line.

Andrea W. has always understood me as a patient & a person. Including my activities and lifestyle. Hopping that your health organization can keep Andrea and others like her in Decorah. Decorah needs more specialists in this clinic to keep all services available.

You need to change your system for signing the agreement to be treated and information about it. You used to sign at the desk with the electronic pen--easy and simple. Now you are supposed to use the mouse to sign--stupid. My last name has 11 letters in it--you think I can sign that with a mouse? Nope--and it adds more work for the doctor and nurses. I think very highly of Andrea Wilson. She has treated me before and always done a wonderful job and listened to my questions and complaints with empathy. She does a great job of explaining what is going on and what will happen. Just a great PA.
