Amy Johnson is one of the best Dr I've had. She actually listens and seems to understand my situation better than most drs I've seen in the past. She doesn't make me feel like I'm a bother or annoying.

This facility was an easy one to navigate without too much walking. I appreciate that my records are synced across all locations.

The time between appt and follow up testing is too long. I waited over 6 weeks for my appt and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get a test. Endoscopy and colonoscopy.

I'm disappointed that you're taking courts away from Winona County. That's our Medicare supplement, and we really like the Gundersen Clinic in Winona, and both my wife and I use it, and we really liked it, and it's disappointing you're taking it away.

Amy was amazing! She listened and explained things and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. She was sincere and showed a great deal of respect. She was very easy to talk to and share specifics with. I would without hesitation recommend her as a provider!

I had both an "on phone" medical history with a nurse and an online check-in questionnaire done. While both experiences were OK, there was redundancy in numerous questions. That process should be reviewed to do one or the other, not both. I would be fine doing all online, but others might want a choice.

The mychart migration wiped my medical history I had put in before the transfer of the system, so Amy didn't have my medical history during the appointment. Amy was spectacular, but the digital system needs some work.

Thank-you for finally sending one of these for a doctor's visit. Most have been for lab. Lab is lab and is always fine. It is the Dr. visits that are the make it or break it events.

This was my first time being seen at the clinic to establish care. I was highly impressed with Amy Johnson and appreciate all of her questions she had for me, as she truly seemed interested in knowing the impact my somewhat rare genetic disease has had on me. She went out of her way to explain that she is easily accessible by My Chart and that made me feel at ease, knowing I wouldn't struggle to get a hold of her if I had questions after I left. The nurse who roomed me was also fantastic and so friendly!

My experience at gunderson, minus the check in was very good. The check in staff by the name of candice was very rude. The way she talks to people checking in is disrespectful. It should be a warm welcome. Not a unwelcoming environment where the staff is raising there voice and being rude. If you can't understand a person for any reason, you should kindly ask them to repeat it. If you want patients to continue coming to gunderson, you should be welcoming and kind. After my check in experience, I will be avoiding her and checking in with a staff who will be welcoming like the others during my visit.

As a new provider for my Uncle, I am very grateful that our appointment was with Amy Johnson. Amy Johnson was GREAT, she listened patiently, she was very thorough with her assessment on my Uncle, and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what to do.

The provider Amy Johnson is very good but the nurse and other office staff are not very good and made me feel uncomfortable. Also the MyChart experience is terrible and the after care follow up is too much trouble and very expensive. Your costs are extremely expensive and difficult with insurance.
