The check in process is a little murky. The gal peddling frames is not anxious to do anything but that. If your insurance doesn't cover them, its a no go for her but she's happy to put down area places to get frames.

The doctor who treated me is incredible. She explains things very well and her treatment is excellent; she's very professional. Thank you.

Okay, I was our first experience with you and it went very well, but there were a few, well, just being strangers to the operation. It's kind of hard to tell what to expect, but overall it's very good.

Dr. Amy Atherton is the best!! Even though my insurance has changed, and Emplify is not in my insurance network, it is worth the money I am required to pay to see her. I have been seeing Dr. Atherton for several years now, and she is amazing. She is very attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. I always leave feeling like I have understood everything she tells me. I have a few issues with my overall health including my eyes, and Dr. Atherton always encourages my progress and keeps me informed of things to come.

My experience at the eye clinic was outstanding. The frustrating part is with Mychart. Although I like the online presence, I answer the same health questions over and over and over. It gets very tiresome.

Amy and the whole team from the receptionist out in front, to the person making the appointments, to the techs, to the girl who take care of my glasses, and more than ever, Amy, they're all wonderful, and I feel like I am in very great care when I'm with them. Kudos to all of them, 100%.

Amy was very helpful and the girl who help me to pick my glasses was very nice and Now I am happy and excited to get my new glasses hopefully I can finally use them.

Both times I've been there, I've had the BEST experiences.

The lady who handled ordering the lenses seemed distracted at first. Got more involved as the transaction progressed.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 12 o'clock, and when I got there, I had to wait for the doctors to take lunch while I had a metal shaving in my eye, and they assisted other people first. The doctor herself was very friendly, very nice. She helped me as comfortably as possible, got the metal shaving out, and took care of me very well. So on her, I rate her a 10 out of 10. But yeah, other than the weight with the metal shaving in my eye, which was pretty uncomfortable while they went and ate lunch, I'd probably rate the whole waiting room and secretaries and all that staff a five.

Excellent. Everybody was very welcoming and, you know, anybody that I ran into. And this was kind of an emergency visit and I was very impressed with it and very impressed with the provider and I'm going back to see her again in a week or so. Okay, thank you.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get an appointment quickly because of the illness of a provider, but these things are unavoidable. When my appointment was reset, things went great.
