I find My Chart easy and efficient.

That Dr. ATHERTON truly cares about her patients and even carries on conversations. It's nice to have people that genuinely care about you as a person.

Dr. Atherton is a rare gem for us in Tomah. She and others like her set the bar for all. It is refreshing to have such quality here.

Picking out the glasses after was not as pleasant as it could have been.

Amy was very delightful and friendly. Enjoyed getting to know her better.

The optical staff (the one who assists with getting glasses ordered) was very rude, extremely pushy and rude. Everyone else medical assistant and doctor were amazing!

I have already recommended this provider two different people.

I did get an apt same day on what was said to be a cancelation and I waited for 50 min past my apt time. I do find that a bit annoying

It was a very pleasant visit.

I wish they would honor Davis Vision insurance.

I was called back even before my scheduled appt time.

Eye exam. Eyes dilated. At end of appt was not offered temp dark glasses. Should have been. Had a hard time walking to my car due to sun in dilated eyes. Dark glasses in my car. This appt was a referral and I did not u derstand what was to be covered. Should have been explained to me. It almost seemed like tech did not even look at referral and purpose.

All was super nice!

Received a new prescription to be filled for new glasses. Supplemental insurance covered $300 if I ordered through the network-- $850 is outrageous.

I felt I had a good check up. Everyone was very kind, helpful & professional. They took time with me & I didn't feel rushed. All my questions & concerns were answered.

Dr. Atherton and her staff were wonderful.

The check in process is a little murky. The gal peddling frames is not anxious to do anything but that. If your insurance doesn't cover them, its a no go for her but she's happy to put down area places to get frames.

The doctor who treated me is incredible. She explains things very well and her treatment is excellent; she's very professional. Thank you.

Okay, I was our first experience with you and it went very well, but there were a few, well, just being strangers to the operation. It's kind of hard to tell what to expect, but overall it's very good.

Dr. Amy Atherton is the best!! Even though my insurance has changed, and Emplify is not in my insurance network, it is worth the money I am required to pay to see her. I have been seeing Dr. Atherton for several years now, and she is amazing. She is very attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. I always leave feeling like I have understood everything she tells me. I have a few issues with my overall health including my eyes, and Dr. Atherton always encourages my progress and keeps me informed of things to come.

My experience at the eye clinic was outstanding. The frustrating part is with Mychart. Although I like the online presence, I answer the same health questions over and over and over. It gets very tiresome.

Amy and the whole team from the receptionist out in front, to the person making the appointments, to the techs, to the girl who take care of my glasses, and more than ever, Amy, they're all wonderful, and I feel like I am in very great care when I'm with them. Kudos to all of them, 100%.

Amy was very helpful and the girl who help me to pick my glasses was very nice and Now I am happy and excited to get my new glasses hopefully I can finally use them.
