Dr. Wentland was outstanding. The only downside is the long wait time for my next yearly appointment. Scheduling told me Dr. Wentland is already booked through June 2027 and they are not yet able to even book July at this time. This access issue is not acceptable to patients. Cancer will not wait for scheduling!

Dr. Wentland has been my trusted dermatologist for several years now, after having an unsatisfactory experience before. She is thorough, which is extremely important for my issues, gives me the time necessary for those issues, and treats them well before they become a larger problem. She takes time to answer my questions and gives advice that is helpful to my issues and concerns. She is professional as well as friendly, which is comforting. Thank you, Dr. Wentland.

Amy always does a great job and so does the support staff. My only complaint is getting an appointment. I am supposed to come back in a year, but it will be 15 months before I can get in again. That's a bit crazy-you need more help in dermatology.

Don't like the Emplify name and that stupid heart shaped egg that I still haven't figured out. It is annoying. I like my doctors. That is a good thing. Don't like the name change.

My chart is not user friendly. I wanted to check in using my chart when I arrived but could not even find the location on my chart where I could accomplish this.

It went a little too fast. Some of the spots frozen are not really frozen.

Both Dr. and the MA were very nice and explained things well. There was also a student observer learning that day from the Dr. and she was so good at explaining to him what she was looking for and what her protocol is to make sure she gets the entire body checked in her skin checks. Great work to all 3!

Dr. Wentland was very kind and made me feel very comfortable while doing a full body check for skin cancer. I was so relieved after the exam that no skin cancer was found.

Dr. Wentland isexcellent and very thorough. There were, however, things on the printout of my appointment that I didn't recall being discussed - or perhaps they were. but I didn't recognize the terminology.

The reason I won't recommend this provider is because it takes over a year to get an appointment with her. She is wonderful, so that's not her fault. Emplify needs to hire more dermatologists.

If a person has skin issues and a family history of skin cancer and is supposed to be seen in a year, it isn't great that appointments are out 14 months.

The only thing I would ask to have change from my last visit, would be to get scheduled a bit sooner. I am on annual checks and I had to wait 14 months to get an appointment. I did however get my next years appointment in 12 months.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I understand that there is a shortage of dermatology providers, but when it takes over a year to see one, and then they seem so rushed to provide, it really takes away from the appointment. Seems like this has been an issue for a few years now....

Everyone from the clinic greeter through my entire visit was personable and helpful. However, during my short wait to see the provider, I looked around the large open waiting area and thought "Is this area drab or what?" Some areas of color would go a long way to make waiting more, for lack of a better word, comfortable.

Didn't appreciate doing the inline check in questions just to be asked the same questions when I checked in. Redundant!!!!! Waste of time.

Since we must drive clear to Onalaska to see our dermatologist rather than in West Union just two blocks from our home, it is definitely a financial burden. We are retired with a pretty low income (compared to most anyone younger), and a trip takes most of the day. If we need to seek radiation in the future, which is a possibility, a full series of treatment would cost us, by government prices, about $6,000, just for travel, not even including treatment cost.

The requirement to pay prior to the visit when using insurance seems backwards when the charge for the appointment is not 100% certain yet.

I go yearly but at each visit I schedule for the following year.. always ends up being in 13 months or more. I completed online questionnaire prior to appointment but they still repeated some of the questions at check in

I have complete confidence in Dr. Wentland. She is very thorough and expertly carries out exam and any procedures necessary. All staff caring, competent and informative.

Both of the providers were very friendly & thorough with explaining & doing exam.

I don't know that provider did anything wrong or missed anything, but she just seemed a bit rushed. Makes me a little afraid to ask any questions.

The information from the provider was a little confusing because first she said I should do a certain skin procedure in the Fall, then she said maybe it's too soon. Needless to say, I haven't decided yet whether to do the (pre-cancer) procedure this Fall or wait until my appointment next Spring and decide. Concerning My Chart, I haven't used it since we were told to create a second password because I haven't figured out how to do that.

Very good. Answered questions, treated me like a real person, efficient, honest. Derm is very busy and needs more dermatologists so people can get in sooner. I liked knowing the costs up front with the sheet given at registration. Skin care (sunscreen) discussed which i felt was important.

Everyone from the front desk at check in , to being roomed and the the provider Dr Wentland were wonderful.
