Dr. Wentland made me feel comfortable during my visit. Excellent provider!

Dr Wentland is always so nice and listens to me. She always says just call if I have an issue and when I do have an issue they get me in very quickly. Unlike the frustration that I have in making an annual visit appointment which is usually 18 months rather than 12 months.

I made a mistake and pressed a 3 in one spot instead of a 4, so the only 3 that I have should have been a 4. Otherwise, all my care was nicely done. Thank you.

It was all great. The next appointment was being booked out an extra 4 months and I don't like to drive in the winter so they said they will work me in somewhere sooner when they can do that so that was nice

Very good doctor.

Dr. Amy W. is a very competent Dermatologist. But scheduling followup yearly appointments stretches out to 1 1/2 years + before her next available appt. Fortunately Dr. Amy told me that in the meantime if I notice anything new or concerning I should call her and she will see me sooner. Bless her for that comment.

I do not use My Chart always

Both the Doctor and her assistant were very outstanding in their friendliness and focused concentration upon me as an individual. Friendly, courteous, gracious. HOWEVER, as an older person with youthful sun-damage I need yearly maintenance. BUT, I cannot have a return visit for well-over a year due to the Dermatology Dept being short of staff. You need a new technique for getting new doctors interested in the benefits of our community. La Crosse offers much more than a job and salary.

1) Gundersen needs more dermatologists. 2)MyChart has some inconsistencies. Gundersen needs to set up a committee to review each possible pathway of Mychart from the user's perspective and correct the problems that are uncovered. This is the best way to remove the inconsistencies and improve the user experience.

Dr Westland and her assistant were very helpful and in a most professional manner. I was impressed with the treatment I received. They were very cordial also to my daughter who accompanied me. Our questions were answered completely.

Well done, continue to be the best or better, always improving to teach good health habits.

The lack of availability of appointments in Dermatology is ridiculous. I had to reschedule my appointment and wasn't able to see my provider for a full calendar year. I was able to make an appointment with a different provider in Boscobel, 1.5 hours away, but not to be able to see MY doctor is seriously disheartening. I do not understand the issues with staffing.

The doctor did a great, thorough job, and I am glad to have her as my doctor.

Dr Wentland is awesome! She is so friendly and efficient. She explains things perfectly. She makes me feel extremely comfortable. As far as using My Chart, I sometimes struggle navigating certain parts of the app. Sending messages or checking on prescriptions.

My Chart pre-registration took a payment that i did not want to make at this time. The estimate that was sent is not correct and i had a payroll issue (Emplify employee) and did not want to make that payment at that time. Sadly disappointed.

Dr. Wentland was outstanding. The only downside is the long wait time for my next yearly appointment. Scheduling told me Dr. Wentland is already booked through June 2027 and they are not yet able to even book July at this time. This access issue is not acceptable to patients. Cancer will not wait for scheduling!

Dr. Wentland has been my trusted dermatologist for several years now, after having an unsatisfactory experience before. She is thorough, which is extremely important for my issues, gives me the time necessary for those issues, and treats them well before they become a larger problem. She takes time to answer my questions and gives advice that is helpful to my issues and concerns. She is professional as well as friendly, which is comforting. Thank you, Dr. Wentland.

Don't like the Emplify name and that stupid heart shaped egg that I still haven't figured out. It is annoying. I like my doctors. That is a good thing. Don't like the name change.

My chart is not user friendly. I wanted to check in using my chart when I arrived but could not even find the location on my chart where I could accomplish this.

It went a little too fast. Some of the spots frozen are not really frozen.

Both Dr. and the MA were very nice and explained things well. There was also a student observer learning that day from the Dr. and she was so good at explaining to him what she was looking for and what her protocol is to make sure she gets the entire body checked in her skin checks. Great work to all 3!

Dr. Wentland was very kind and made me feel very comfortable while doing a full body check for skin cancer. I was so relieved after the exam that no skin cancer was found.

Dr. Wentland isexcellent and very thorough. There were, however, things on the printout of my appointment that I didn't recall being discussed - or perhaps they were. but I didn't recognize the terminology.

The reason I won't recommend this provider is because it takes over a year to get an appointment with her. She is wonderful, so that's not her fault. Emplify needs to hire more dermatologists.

If a person has skin issues and a family history of skin cancer and is supposed to be seen in a year, it isn't great that appointments are out 14 months.

The only thing I would ask to have change from my last visit, would be to get scheduled a bit sooner. I am on annual checks and I had to wait 14 months to get an appointment. I did however get my next years appointment in 12 months.

For various reasons I'm disappointed that Gundersen's name has changed. Your gift shop has some great greeting cards. Your facility is easily accessible. I'm sorry I have to wait more than one year for my next appointment.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I understand that there is a shortage of dermatology providers, but when it takes over a year to see one, and then they seem so rushed to provide, it really takes away from the appointment. Seems like this has been an issue for a few years now....

Everyone from the clinic greeter through my entire visit was personable and helpful. However, during my short wait to see the provider, I looked around the large open waiting area and thought "Is this area drab or what?" Some areas of color would go a long way to make waiting more, for lack of a better word, comfortable.
