Dr. Strain is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She goes above and beyond to ensure I've been heard and well cared for.

I was on call list so worked out to get in sooner.

This provider explained things that others did not.

I understand things happen that providers run late. However waiting an hour is a bit excessive. Scheduling needs to improve to prevent this from occurring. Was frustrating that running late was an hour.

We had a great experience with Dr. Strain. I loved that she was so thorough with everything. We did have to wait a long time past our appointment time but nurses checked in with us and her attention to detail during the appt was worth it.

Dr. Amy Strain is an amazing Physician. She is thorough, attentive and extremely easy to discuss my health care and questions.

My doctor runs behind and having worked there before, I knew that she runs behind but she doesn't rush you through your appointment when it is your turn so she can get back on track sooner which is awesome! The only thing is that I sat in the waiting room for over 1/2 hour and no one came out to let me know that she was running behind and when i got into the exam room, I sat another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and again, no one came out to let me know that she was running behind. It would be nice for someone to pop in and say that she is running behind, are you okay with waiting or do you need any water or anything? Other patients might be upset about this as they like to know what is going on when their appointment doesn't start on time or when they are running that far behind.

Your pharmacy has to order my meds as not in stock. They cannot give a time when it will be in. This is the second time this has happened. I am begging to think it was a mistake to transfer my RX services to Omalaska!

The only reason I got an appointment as soon as I did was because of the awesome scheduler Corrine! She was so helpful! Plus Dr. Strain is what a doctor should be. She actually listens and takes the time to explain!!!!! I never feel rushed with her.

I answered all questions with my nurse call one week prior to my appointment. Then MyChart wanted me to answer at questions again. I was here for multiple appointments and it seemed like MyChart kept asking the sAme questions for the e-check in. Doesn't the MyChart system talk to all the departments?

Very through and always extremely caring when have my physical. Highly recommend her and her staff
