I waited over an hour for my appt. This happens to me each time i get an Appt with this doctor.

Dr Strain is patient and thorough during all of mom's appointments. She takes the extra time to meet moms individual needs... she is very caring and patient oriented ??....

Wonderful staff. There was a problem with my procedure and Dr.Strain and staff worked hard to make sure it was taken care of before I left the office. After I was home the nurse called me to make sure the bleeding stopped. Dr Strain was great!

Dr. Amy is the most thoughtful, kind, and sincere doctor in many, many years. She seems like the sort of doctors we had in the 1940's and 1950's when peoples were treated like real people and not just going through the motions to hurry on to the next patient. She really cares about her individuals. She is the best doctor in years. Don't let her get burned out. She is definitely one of the good ones!

Dr. Amy has been a wonderful, excellent doctor to us. She explains everything and so does all her help.

You could most improve on the wait time in the room because we waited 55 minutes in the room and I don't think that's right. Every time I go there, I end up waiting 50 minutes plus.

Right now, I'm waiting on further information about my condition. I expect that visit will be just as helpful.

I had to wait over 45 minutes in the room. I felt like the doctor was pushing me to take care of it myself which is helpful for people who are concerned about costs but I don't think this was a situation to try it out myself. I was told by Gundersen years ago that it was a mole and then to be told it's just a skin tag and to remove it myself was very frustrating considering how large it has gotten.

Dr. Strain's staff got my appointment fast and I am on my to feeling better.

I understand things happen that providers run late. However waiting an hour is a bit excessive. Scheduling needs to improve to prevent this from occurring. Was frustrating that running late was an hour.

We had a great experience with Dr. Strain. I loved that she was so thorough with everything. We did have to wait a long time past our appointment time but nurses checked in with us and her attention to detail during the appt was worth it.

Dr. Amy Strain is an amazing Physician. She is thorough, attentive and extremely easy to discuss my health care and questions.

My doctor runs behind and having worked there before, I knew that she runs behind but she doesn't rush you through your appointment when it is your turn so she can get back on track sooner which is awesome! The only thing is that I sat in the waiting room for over 1/2 hour and no one came out to let me know that she was running behind and when i got into the exam room, I sat another 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and again, no one came out to let me know that she was running behind. It would be nice for someone to pop in and say that she is running behind, are you okay with waiting or do you need any water or anything? Other patients might be upset about this as they like to know what is going on when their appointment doesn't start on time or when they are running that far behind.
