Amy was amazing! Super friendly, supportive, and there for any questions I had. She explained the procedure and what to expect and everything felt easy.

I was in the room for 20 minutes waiting for the provider (no big deal) but then a student nurse practitioner came in and it was weird. Then the doctor came in. I was with them for less than 2 minutes. They didn't really ask me anything. Felt like the biggest waste of time and money. I can't believe that is something I'd have to pay for if I hadn't reached my deductible and have 100% coverage??? Like that was awful. Also - the check in setup is horrible, the check in staff are always unkind and seem like they hate their life. I really want all my future ob appointments to be in Onalaska

I hadn't seen Amy before and was worried with seeing someone new at 40 weeks but she was an absolute delight.

The registration space, although new, is a Little awkward as you cannot see the receptionist behind the pillar on the end.
