Amelia is an excellent provider who is knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. I would highly recommend her as a PCP.

I am very happy with Gundersen. I think the new name, Emplify is trite and the new heart character is childish. If I weren't already happy with my care, I would go Mayo because it is a trusted name, as was Gundersen. Whatever made you choose such a stupid, made-up name? Why not Bellin-Gundersen or vice versa? But I do like Quartz Medicare, my many providers, and the quality of care.

I had a difficult time understanding what the MA was asking due to her accent. I did much better with her when I was face to face.

First time seeing her and she took the time to listen and fill out the paperwork I had requested.

Traffic is,heavy in morning. I've noticed seniors who are still able to drive having a difficult time crossing from ramp to entrance. The traffic is fast. I asked one gentlemen, who wasn't moving for awhile, just standing there with his cane ,if he needed help. He said yes and asked me to Have someone to help him get a wheelchair. I did. Someone should be watching

My provider has listened to me for several years now. She has progressed with me & respects my life choices & works with me to receive the best care

Excellent. I just have to adjust to the immense Emplify campus.

The parking is always difficult! Finding an open spot is challenging! And the elevators were way to full. Other than that, I did not have to wait long for my appointment ?.

My visit was very helpful with my current issues and possible future problems. I was bitten by a opossum 3 days before my visit and my doctor and her team stepped up to make sure I am safe and gave me my first rabies shot. I am grateful.

Excellent Provider

I waited a half hour past my appointment time just sitting in the room. The day before I was told she would actually do something if she found anything suspicious, which was not the case. It was just to get in and get a referral for another appointment. Waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing.

Amelia was absolutely amazing. A lot to go through and she was very patient, kind, compassionate and explained everything very very well to us and my elderly father you got a keeper with her!

Give them a raise

I really appreciate the attentiveness that Amelia offered to my needs. She listened beyond my words. I could tell she read my chart thoroughly to understand my needs as an individual. She is an absolute model of what a provider should look like to each individual that steps foot into your facility. I can't say the same for everyone that I e seen in this facility but, I truly trust Amelia. There should be more like her.

As always, Amelia was very pleasant, aware of my issues and chart, and suggested some practical remedies. She took her time, and I highly recommend her!
