PA Amanda was great! Attentive listener answered every question and then some! She made the experience easy and I could've made appointment with anyone in the department, but I wanted to go back to her. I would recommend her.!!

Thank you for requesting feedback. My concerns center more on the before-care experience than the treatment itself. I felt my questions and concerns were not fully addressed prior to care, which left me uncertain and less confident going into the appointment. Taking more time to listen and clearly explain things beforehand would make a meaningful difference in the overall patient experience. It was about the ice pack, have more on hand!

I do not need to be treated as a unique person, just normal. Elevators are very slow, hard to find elevator B, came out completely lost on several different levels, where is parking, are we on ground level, etc. Navigated around construction no problem. Like the free parking. Excellent care during my procedures. Thanks!

PA Amanda is a true professional: attentive listener and caring. The stitches she completed three months ago have resulted in absolutely almost no scaring. After initial examination of that site, I mentioned two tiny, long persisting red spots on my face, she asked if she treat them and carefully did so. She is undoubtedly the very best. Was the appointment start when scheduled would be an excellent survey question because that is a major part of the process 44 minutes last is a big zero but you don't want your survey to tell you the truth

I like my chart to see my records. My PA was friendly and listened to my concerns.
