Well cared for.

Amanda was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and cared for, as well as explaining all my options available to me at all times for any health concerns. She also made sure I understood everything she spoke to me about and took her time with me at my appointment.

Just once I would like to go in and have the focus on what I'm there for. and not go on and on about Pap smears and mammograms im overdue on it's a waste of everybody's time.

Everyone treats you as an individual with different needs. Dr. Dolley is a wonderful Dr and person . I hope she is around this clinic for a long time .

The digital Internet stuff was a little difficult to maneuver because I couldn't get it with a special code I couldn't get it to come back in on my phone and so I couldn't pre-register but when I got there it didn't make any difference so it was okay.

My visit was excellent from check in to nurses visit to primary care physician to the nurse giving me my vaccines to check out.

I'm so happy to have found Dr. Dolley. She doesn't try to shove meds on me that I don't need and actually questions whether the ones I'm taking are helping me. She is very thorough and takes time to talk to me about my family. Her and her nurse ad the rest of the staff are very kind and pleasant.

Especially appreciated Dr looked and talked to me rather than spending visit looking at computer screen. She seemed very knowledgeable about each of the concerns I had and questioned me to explore more thoroughly.

Dr Dolley gave me confidence that that I'm receiving the best medical care possible. She explains all treatment options in a manner that's easy to understand and that shows she is a caring person.

I wish health care providers would have patients at least partially undress for an exam. I don't feel like an adequate exam is done when no clothing is removed. It is not only my experience, but friends complain about this same issue.

Wonderful to have such a great medical facility in Waukon.

I am always a bit anxious when going to the doctor and especially when starting with a new doctor. However, Dr. Dolley was fabulous and made me feel at ease right away. She is helpful, efficient, and truly seems to care!

The doctor listened to all of my concerns, gently addressed them, had suggestions but didn't push anything on me, and set clear expectations for follow-ups and next steps.
