Everything you did there was really well. The only thing you could improve on is following through with the callbacks that I was told I would get that I still haven't gotten. So that's the only thing to improve. Follow through. Say what you say, do what you say. So that's it.

I have only good things to say about everything I have experienced. The only downfall that I have experienced is dealing with our insurance company on some of the bills.
