Alyssa was great and very attentive. She explained my labs to me thoroughly and their functions. She had concerns for my labs and was able to get me in for a blood draw and infusion right away

Everyone is so nice and friendly. A great experience, made me feel very comfortable and personal. Not like our major service in Rochester. However at my age and driving this distance, I will probably be forced to use Mayo. We chgd insurance in Jan to accommodate their requirement. Thank you for your help.

I had issues with the web experience that were solved with a phone call but the online experience could be improved. My contact with your people was very good.

Alyssa is very good at her job and interacts well with her patient. Very knowledgeable in her field. She is analytical and empathetic, both valuable traits.

checkout is inefficient, with people waiting in lines. it should be speeded up somehow.

This provider was designated to follow up several months after the initial doctor. There were no follow up blood tests ordered for this visit so she really had nothing to report on or add. It was truly a wasted office visit.

Provider agreed with the conclusion physical therapist and myself suspected. However follow up and treatment, or rather lack thereof, was was disappointing to me and seriously questionable to physical therapy. Not sure where to go with this as intervention would seem to improve and protect my ability function moving forward but provider seemed very cavalier, saying wait and pretty much just deal with it. And maybe that's as good as it gets but I feel it will make it risky to impossible to continue functioning well over time.

During the past several visits to Gundersen I've noticed that the facility is looking a little rundown and tired. There are open holes in restrooms for missing trash bins. Some chairs in waiting areas are threadbare. The vinyl flooring is scuffed ad curling away from the wall. Compared to ten years ago the place is looking pretty tired.

I was well satisfied with the visit.

everything was perfect but I had a lot of appts this month and I would get a call from a nurse prior to the appt and had to fill out long questionares for each one . I understand you need thi info but can I fill out one and have it in my file so each nurse could just copy ?

Our experience at Gundersen with Alyssa Develey is always uplifting, it's always caring, it's always very informative and she takes care of all the questions that we have and she is super efficient and very professional and we recommend her and we recommend Gundersen to anyone. Very good experience. So thank you very much.

During my most recent iron infusion appointment, check-in went smoothly. The beginning went well. I was checked in pretty frequently. It sounds as if there was a shift change towards the end of my infusion and lack of communication on the staff. They were not told that I was still back there, and I was left sitting in the room for about an hour without being checked on and was pretty disappointed in that and wanted this feedback to be presented to those that were among the staff that weren't communicating and that it can't happen again to other patients.

Alyssa was very helpful in building a new pain and nausea plan. I could tell she was invested in my care and treatment. Would definitely visit her again for future appointments.
