LaCrosse Oprthopedics is as exceptional as always. I feel so fortunate (blessed) to be their patient.

Since changing to Emplify I can no longer check in with phone. Has the wrong insurance on my info and won't let me change it. Also have gone EVERY where in main hospital and nobody has a clue how to change it.

Hi, this is me and anyway, I think she was an absolutely wonderful doctor. She knew exactly what she wanted to do and she did it and I believe in her very much so. I thought she was very good and she's got a good bedside manner besides that and she made me very calm even though I was nervous what the answer was going to be. So anyway, I think she's very good. I know what I've got to do for the next two weeks and I'll see her in two weeks and I am sure it's going to be fixed. Thank you. Bye.

It was my first time being at your clinic and the first time I had my PA. She was excellent. She made me welcome as did the nurse and I'm very satisfied with the treatment I had and the explanation and my prognosis. Very good. Thank you.

Alyssa Tekus is very professional and very knowledgeable. She's on time and very, very good at giving cortisone shots.

I was particularly pleased that Dr. Tekus offered me three options 1) conservative let's try for a week 2) moderately aggressive should work, but 2 week recovery 3) jump to hand surgery. I felt like an equal partner and chose the conservative trying for a week.

I was really dreading having shots in my hands. The PA handled it very well. I got through the 3 shots . Also, the nurse that roomed me was kind and knowledgeable.

Facilities were clean. Staff was professional and pleasant. The process seems very robotic, hurried and impersonal especially considering the exorbitant cost.

Digital check-in instructions are a little vague. My "I'm here" check-in was declined but I was not told why. Check-in staff was very pleasant. My provider (Allyssa) was very pleasant and through. I wish her time at the Onalaska facility had not been discontinued in preference to South LaCrosse or Winona location. It makes it for a long journey from Sparta.

Fast, efficient and thorough.

Hi, Allyssa, the PA was very attentive and good to talk to and explain things well. That was all great. She gave me an injection to try to help with some pain. It's helped a little bit, but hasn't quite done what I'd hoped it would do. And I'm gonna use my chart in the next day or so to send a message to see if there's anything else to be done. Thank you.

Was VERY frustrated with my wait time before seeing PA. We are expected to be 15 minutes early and wait for appointment time. My appt was at 11:45. I arrived at 11:30. Got into a room shortly after but it was at least 12:25 before PA came in.

This was the 3rd time I have seen PA Tekus. She has always provided excellent care. Extremely knowledgable regarding my issue and explains everything in detail. Very honest and caring in her treatment. Regardless the minor pain involved, I always enjoy seeing PA Tekus and would recommend her to others regarding similar issues.
