While I was checking out, the clinic manager and three other woman were talking and laughing so loudly near the front desk that the PL and I could not hear each other. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

It has always been good!

Overall it was very good. Excellent staff. I do struggle at times to get fully logged in on my computer. It may be my old age thing!!

All staff was respectful, friendly and helpful. Allison always addresses my issues with concern and attention. I leave feeling that my current health condition has been explained to me and I have been given ways to handle it.

Provider is very familiar with my health issues and asked about how each issue was doing.

Allison referred me to a PA in Lancaster for a consultation on my knee pain abd its interaction eith osteoporosis who turned out not to exist.

The nurse was very efficient and cordial. Allison always listens to me, addresses my concerns, makes sure future scheduling is in place, etc. I always leave confident that I have been treated well.

Over-all it was easy, however the area that had tons of questions I feel is a little much. If the person was a new person for your clinic the information would have been helpful, but redundant for a person that has been to the clinic before.

Love my pa some of the nurses not so much person not not an inconvenience for you

unable to use mychart. would appreciate lab results in the mail.

I really respect Allison because she lets my husband and I have informed consent and she never makes us feel a certain way for the decisions we make for our daughter. She gives us information and talks things through with us and always respects our decisions. That really means a lot to parents.
