There is always a long wait to check-in. Then the check-in person seems to have to go through many steps before completing the process. This has historically been the case.

I don't really like your computerized check in process it's to lengthy/clunky

I understand that you are trying to take "people" out of the check in process, but I was less than happy that you start asking for this information so far in advance, and that you actually ask for the payment at that point too. Asking for money when you are not 100% sure that I will even make it to the appointment and that the amount might change because of what the optometrist needs to do seems like you are putting the cart before the horse. I was really turned offed by that! My first thought was, can't they just let me pay when I am done? When I got there I thought I would basicly just walk in and go right back because I had done everything online. But...they have paperwork that needs to be gone over and signed that needs to go back with you to the appointment. All of the PEOPLE I dealt with were super nice, and my experience there was fine. My online experience was the only turn-off!!!

I had to wait more than was reasonable at each step - reception, vision waiting area, exam room, eye glass center.

They were very super. Everybody was concerned. Everybody knew what they were doing and talking about. I was very impressed. Thank you much.

Allison is a ray of sunshine (and I wish she was my friend). The gentleman that did my pre-tests is probably one of the friendliest person I've ever met. And the receptionists were also very helpful and full of smiles. Seems like a fun place to work. Great team!

I wish that the girl that fitted me for frames, to pick out a new frame, if she would have tried more frames on me. She only did like two of them and said, wow, I like that one. I think she should have shown me more frames or tried more frames on me.

The two gentlemen that I saw before the doctor were very professional. The doctor was also exceptional. I felt very comfortable with their care. They answered all of my questions.

Dr. Burbach was excellent, excellent, excellent. She took the extra time to explain to me several things that were of question after my little injury. And she just was so patient. I can't say enough good about her. And then Kathy, the gal who checked us in, she was the same way. She was very, very kind. very attentive, answered a lot of questions, and she was excellent. Thank you very much.

Never been disappointed in any of the Gunderson(Emplify) staff!

The crew that worked with me at the eye clinic were very nice. They did their job, they answered my questions, everything was good. And the only problem I got is with eye charts. I mean, it's gotta be a little like simple stupid for me because I don't do computers well. Other than that, everything is beautiful.

The gentleman testing my eyes didn't understand that I needed to cover my dominant eye completely when testing my other eye. I explained this but I don't feel he understood.

All the people at the Eye Clinic are fantastic. I am very comfortable asking questions and getting really good information back. This has been my eye clinic for decades - before it became connected with Gundersen and now Emplify. It's location is easy to access, the rooms are comfortable, and Dr. Burbach is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her team is super, too!

I've only had digital problems with online visits video..It's a little confusing to understand using the My Chart Gunderson.

Friendly, efficient but not rushed, but waited a bit longer than expected as the first appointment of the morning to be seen. Nevertheless, very nice experience.

The receptionist, assistant and Dr. Burbach were all friendly and treated me professionally and with utmost respect. I highly recommend Gundersen Eye Clinic to everyone.
