Very great at explaining procedure. Honest and thoughtful. I never felt rushed in the appointment. I had a lot of questioned but never felt like k was taking too much of her time. The provider game a lot of great information that was helpful to me making an informed decision.

I love Dr. DERRICK! I've recommended her to several friends for blepharoplastys and I will go to her for any other procedures in the future.

Dr. Derrick is a fine provider. She has a quiet confidence. I do wish she was a bit more forthcoming with positive comments and reinforcements about progress or outcomes of a procedure. Undergoing a procedure can be very anxiety driven for a patient and we are hoping for the best outcome. Hearing a positive comment or affirmation about doing the treatment/procedure would be welcomed.

I just have a hard with online so I always call but any time I do I get the help I need iam truly think of changing my doc to Gundersen it just take a bit to do that

The only thing that was strange to me was that no one gave me discharge instructions, that I can remember. Its weird to get them printed off by the support staff at check out desk. I had procedure on my eyes and couldn't read them to ask questions until I got home. The instructions were clear once I read them I think. Its surgery on your eyes so any helpful tips and tricks would be super appreciated. The team was amazing, I would just expect more of a check out with the MA. Thanks.
