Dr. Waxlax does an amazing job with our daughter! She's patient, calm, and kind. We love having her as our primary!

Staff at both whitehall and lacrosse are the best health care system and care givers and I have many thanks to the staff for getting me back to healthy me !

My chart is hard to navigate for me.

There's been 2 instances where 3 doctors told me I would get my results or a call back "within a couple days". When I call back or make an inquiry, I hear from the nurses that it will be about 2 weeks. The nurses are correct. It would be nice if the doctors would give the correct time frame. When you're waiting to hear results, it can be nerve-wracking.

Dr. Waxlax was wonderful. I have had other providers in the past that didnt seem to care or actually listen to me. The Dr and staff were great!

I didn't really feel like my concerns were addressed and I have still have questions and concerns. Registration couldn't explained some of the papers I was signing prior to my appointment other than "there due to be re-signed." I left still concerned.

The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. A+ rating!

Dr. Waxlax is a treasure! I was so impressed with the care she provided my disabled cousin and the manner in which she involved the medical student in the appointment. My experience led me to choose her for my primary care provider and scheduled my annual Medicare appointment.

Great provider. She reviewed my history, came prepared with questions to learn what was going on, explained things in ways I could understand.

Dr Waxlax was very kind and patient. She took her time and was very thorough

I think when patients do the e-check in. That info should go into the system asap. So the nurses don't have to ask the same questions. Like with the medication check list. And so on. Save employees time and not repetitive for patients.

I feel very happy and grateful for the great attention the staff gave us from beginning to end.

Dr Waxlax took time to answer all my questions and she didn't try to rush me at all. She is compassionate and very professional.

My son was really nervous about going to the doctor. I let him bring his stuffed dinosaur in, and the doctor pretended to treat the dinosaur as well. It really made my son's spirits better, and he was not afraid by the end of the visit.

Everyone was kind and courteous throughout all of the sessions. The nurses at the nurse's station were courteous also. Thank you.

This doctor is the best one Ive encountered since turning 18, she makes me feel as if my opinion matter about me matters. She cares about my opinion more than what my moms thinks.
