Great provider. She reviewed my history, came prepared with questions to learn what was going on, explained things in ways I could understand.

Dr Waxlax was very kind and patient. She took her time and was very thorough

I think when patients do the e-check in. That info should go into the system asap. So the nurses don't have to ask the same questions. Like with the medication check list. And so on. Save employees time and not repetitive for patients.

I feel very happy and grateful for the great attention the staff gave us from beginning to end.

Dr Waxlax took time to answer all my questions and she didn't try to rush me at all. She is compassionate and very professional.

My son was really nervous about going to the doctor. I let him bring his stuffed dinosaur in, and the doctor pretended to treat the dinosaur as well. It really made my son's spirits better, and he was not afraid by the end of the visit.

Everyone was kind and courteous throughout all of the sessions. The nurses at the nurse's station were courteous also. Thank you.

This doctor is the best one Ive encountered since turning 18, she makes me feel as if my opinion matter about me matters. She cares about my opinion more than what my moms thinks.

It was very nice finally having a doctor that took the time to ask me questions, and actually listened to what I said. Instead of just trying to get me out as soon as possible.

We seem to have difficulty downloading pictures on the mycare?? Being a new facility, I was a little surprised by the quality of the exam table....... I know you borrowed a wheelchair and that was in rough shape as well. Sorry, just being honest.
