Parking is horrendous and needs to be improved...also 2 parking attendants are needed at founders and east buildings. Traffic gets backed up when there is only 1 attendant.

When using Mychart--it was not easy to checkin on line for me. After login it was difficult to locate the screen to checkin with "I'm here".

Dr. Foster explained things in a very clear understandable manner. He went over my previous test results and showed why my CPAP macghine is needed.Gave helpful clear examples of getting back to sleep at 4AM.Also suggested book to read. He is an outstanding personable MD.Som glad that he is my DR.

Yeah, this experience up there was not enjoyable. My appointment was at 10:15 and it was 11:30 by the time I got out there. And I've probably seen the doctor a whole two minutes in that time. The receptionists don't know what they're doing. It's the most dysfunctional part of the whole clinic. Goodbye.

While I know this is somewhat out of your control (Medicare requirements) I appreciate the fact that when I raised the question about a virtual visit I was able to get one for the future. I see no need to travel 45 minutes one way for a 15 minute visit when everything is and has been stable.

Wonderful doctor. He is the only doctor that gave me further information about my sleep and some insomnia. Great information. I would see him again. It's such a blessing to have a doctor care and not a pull pusher like so many. Thank you.

Provider started out fine but when I tried to pose questions 3 times the provider interrupted me before I finished asking a question. Must have had a bad day as I've not experienced that with others. First time meeting this provider. I wasn't impressed.

Notice that my prescription expired in August would have been appreciated. This was a form I completed online and had no interaction with anyone at the clinic. Otherwise was quick.

First time meeting Dr Foster; they need to clone him! He was very easy to talk with and explained options for different masks for myself and my husband who just got a machine 3 days prior to my appointment. Take care of him and keep him at Gundersen!

I waited quite a while for someone to come on MyChart and tell me that the doctor was running late. But the nurse I spoke to and the doctor I spoke to were excellent!

My chart does not work the way it use to. I believe it may have changed when it switched to Emplify Health. When I am in the app and on an appointment it gives you an option to add the appointment to my calendar. The appointment adds to the day but no longer does it add to the correct time. If the appointment is for 2 pm it should add it to 2pm. Instead it adds the appointment as an all day event Instead of a time specific.

Have been doing alot of prior authorization lately with many procedures and tests and medications around 5 mths or so. Have to keep on top of things to get things done. Frustrating!

I'm pleased and happy to have my primary care and sleep specialist with gundersen. I like my doctors, they're very professional and make you feel welcomed and they're very personable.

The doctor was great! The two receptionists at check in were gossiping and complaining about their receptionist colleagues and supervisor the ENTIRE time I waited, which was over 30 minutes I length. I found this very unprofessional, unpleasant, and uncomfortable. This is not common in other departments I have been to in Gundersen.

The doctor was very personable and explained everything in detail. Appreciated he took the time to check insurance coverage before proceeding with treatment plan. In order to give me my next appointment in a timely manner, his staff called and after I question them how this was possible, I was told he was seeing me during his lunch time.?

Dr. Foster talks with my elderly mother making sure she can hear him. He does not talk down to her and comes up with solution to her use issues with cpap. Thank you for a great visit.

You slant your request for feedback to positive answers. The person at the desk who checked me in did so in the usual routine manner. I find these constant requests annoying. I have written to senior management in the past with real concerns and beenTOTALLY ignored.

Dr. Foster did not rush through details and did a thorough job of explaining my need for a breathing device by comparing my sleep study findings with guidelines established by both Emplify and Medicare. He explained the possible connection between interrupted sleep caused by airway issues, and other health related problems.
