Care Philosophy

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore the underlying causes of their substance use, build on their strengths and develop skills necessary for lasting change. My goal is to help clients achieve sustainable recovery and improve their overall quality of life through collaboration, trust and hope.

Personal Statement

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, dog and cat. I also like being outdoors, reading and trying new local restaurants.
