This experience was great. Disappointed when I tried to talk with a Family Practice nurse about medication all I could do was leave a message and wait for a return call in 1 to 3 days. I needed medication support at that time not later

Overall great experience. Calming environment and calming surgeon/nurses. Healing very well.

I did the electronic pre-visit interview. I did the electronice check-in. I listened to all the telephone calls telling me about my upcoming appointment. I spent maybe a total of 15-20 minutes actually talking to a human. That's not counting the 30 minutes sitting in a exam room waiting because the doctor was running late.

The service was excellent, but the waiting time to be seen was way too long.

The doctor and staff were amazing. They explained everything in detail to my son and answered all of his questions. Wonderful experience from the provider and staff. Only complaint is when we came to check-in there was no one at the desk and we used the kiosk which was a little clunky to use and very impersonal.

the oral surgery team extracting my tooth was absolutely great. they kept me appraised of everything going on and made sure I was comfortable and cared for.

The staff was very compassionate, patient, and caring. Very good experience.

I appreciated the care of the staff and doctor in their willingness to check over my problem which had originally sent me to the emergency room/urgent care. Also, thanks to the doctor for the follow up phone Thanks to all the offers of warm blankets as the room was chilly.

I came in for a tooth extraction... I've had four other tooth extractions in the past. This, was by far my best experience. Dr. Kobe and her team were absoultely fantastic!! I could not have asked for a better experience... thank you!!

The reminders are helpful, but directions would be appreciated. It seems we always have to search for directions. The 2 buildings are confusing.

I had asked for a work note right away and I was taken back. Was told they would get one right away I also mentioned it again after having dental work done. Yet didn't receive one

Very good interaction. Dr listened to me, reviewed the information my dentist had sent, examined me herself and came up with a treatment plan better than I expected; which we will implement going forward. I am very pleased.

Dr.Kobe was awesome! I was so nervous about my surgery and she reassured me so many times about all my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered.

My son was able to have the Child Life Specialist as part of his oral surgery team which was really nice. She explained the process and asked him a lot of questions to make sure HE understood what was happening and was comfortable with things.

Dr. Kobe was excellent. All providers took exceptional care of my daughter.
