Saying my appointment was at 1:00 and then having to wait until 1:30 to speak with the provider because that is when it was scheduled was very frustrating. If using online please make the time frame more realistic.

I am not a high tech person. Able to follow the directions concerning questions before video time until closer to ending. Called and the staff person that helped us maneuver through this and then waited extra minutes to guide us through to live video was so patient and kind we cannot thank her enough! Video with doctor went good. My wife and I agree that in person is what we would prefer. We got flustered with trying to operate our phone and respond when needed. We think more clearly when 1on 1 in person because we would not focus on what we should do next. The staff and the doctor were all very exceptional but we are the ones that are not techy.

Everything went well.

When scheduling the appointment, I was told that it was going to be a video visit, then when my appointment reminder came it was in person. This was confusing and not consistent. This has happened to me before so it would be nice if that was straightened out.

Had a good visit with the doctor and he had a a plan of care that made a lot of sense. He had reviewed my medical chart and gave me some very helpful and informative advice. Thank you.

Dr. V took time to explain alternative face masks even though this might have been referred to the medical supply business. I feel I can go into that situation confident in what I'm looking for to improve the usage of my CPAP. Warm, friendly, caring. Great experience.

The gentleman doing my sleep study was amazing as this was my 3rd sleep study and he is the first one to explain things so I understood exactly what was going on.

My Chart has been easy to access for myself and to share access of my health records and appointments with my husband and son using Gundersen Health. Everyone has been most helpful during this transition period when glitches have occurred..

Upon arriving I was told that I might not get seen because I missed my check in time. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and would have been there even sooner,but could not find a parking space. I had to park out on the street a fair distance away.

The Sleep center has always had warm and welcoming staff. The doctors have always been easy to understand and have always concentrated 100% on the facts of my issues. I feel confident that they know what is best for me. The numbers prove that. I am sleeping well because of their care. That's the point of their work, after all!

Very satisfied today with both appointments I was involved with today. My brother neurology, and myself with the sleep study. Both appointments provided the information I/we were seeking, knowledge I didn't know and a plan forward in addressing the issues that are presenting a problem with moving forward with our needs. Told my brother on the way home that I felt we accomplished so much today, checked off many boxes of needs.

The convenience of Gunderson/Emplify facilities in both Winona and LaCrosse is appreciated, as are the professionalism and pleasant personalities of staff.

I just hope that after the latest insurance change I get to keep Dr Villareal. He is definitely good at what he does!

Parking is terrible!

This was my initial visit with Dr. Villareal, and I was originally scheduled with another provider who was ill on the day of the appointment. Despite the late addition to his schedule, Dr. Villareal seemed to have done a thorough job of reviewing my records, and went through my data, past visits, and shared his critical review of my situation and proposed path going forward. Very detailed, listened to my feedback, and did a nice job of educating me.

Dr V and the staff are great people and have always been very caring at my appointments.

My first experience with a MyChart visit. Actually talked with no person at all. All I needed was an update for my CPP prescription so I didn't really need human interaction so it was a little odd but worked OK.

As always, my experience at the Sleep Clinic was excellent. All very professional.

I am unable to use the web. I have someone to do that for me. Since the issue has been going on for a long time it would have been nice to get an appointment sooner. Problem is not solved so the steps also take more time. Getting relief will be another long process.

I initially was very opposed to the idea of being diagnosed with sleep apnea and the consequence of wearing a sleep mask, however, upon discovering how often my breathing was interrupted, I am seeing the benefits of a good restful sleep.

It was an online questionnaire "visit" so not your traditional doctors appt, but it was quick and convenient which I appreciated. Got feedback the same day.

My insurance doesn't always cover things needed. So, I am somewhat at a disadvantage thru most needed coverage.

This was an e visit.

Was told to be there for the appointment at 9:45, 10:15 i asked what was going on. the front desk told me that I needed to fill out some paperwork, I told her no one gave me any paperwork to fill out.. I told her I wanted to talk with a superviser and ask why would someone be ask to be at an appointment 30 minites before, I finally got into my appointment at 10:27, and then had to fill out some questions before I could even start my appointment. My Doctor was very good with my care, but everything else was terrable, I had to take more time off from my work also. Not right..

I am VERY pleased with everything, including the valet service and people

This was not an appointment. This was a meter drop off only. No interaction with any medical personnel.

The experience was much easier than I thought it would be

It took an hour past my appt time to see my provider. No updates either. I missed an extra hour of work. It would be courteous to call patientswhen the provider is that far behind.

Very impressed with doctor. Very thorough. Would not hesitate seeming him again.
