Dr Lowry was so kind and patient. She didn't rush the appointment and made sure all my questions were answered before finishing. This is the most cared for I have felt in a Dr appointment in quite some time. I hope she receives this feedback and knows her approach is appreciated!

Dr. Lowry is wonderful she squeezed me because I had issues come up and her care is the best.

I hadn't been to the 4th floor of the Onalaska Clinic in years. My first impression was how dismal the waiting area appeared. I saw stained flooring that was frayed at the seams and faded and worn upholstery.

I dont understand why I fill out questions online before my appointment if they are only going to ask you at the appointment. Could probably just make it one less thing for the patient to do. Thank you

There are a lot of reminders. Emails, texts, and phone calls. As someone who never misses an appointment, I need some, but not this many. And that might be a setting I need to change on my end.

I was treated with kindness & respect! She listened to my worries & answered my questions fully & respectfully. She took the time to explain everything & made sure I was not in any pain. I'm sorry I don't remember her nurse/PA name but she was also wonderful & caring.

Dr. Lowry did an excellent job of guiding me through the procedure, so I was able to stay calm.

Dr Lowry is very kind and provided information and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Her staff was also very respectful

I felt the provider didn't take my concerns seriously. I brought up an issue at my first visit six weeks prior and was told to wait and see if the issue resolved itself. I expressed concerns that waiting may make the issue permanent. After no change over the six weeks my concern became a reality. The provider rushing off the issue six weeks prior will now likely lead to me living with a defomity or plastic surgery. Again, at this visit I was told to wait and see. I think that six weeks prior the provider should have been honest and told me that the issue wasn't likely to resolve on it's own and physical therapy may be the only non-surgical option. I felt like I was lied to in the hopes that I would just go away and live quietly with the deformity.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. Lowry. She was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring. I only wish she could be my primary provider as well as my gynecologist!

Dr Alexa Lowry is as extremely kind, and gentle. She listened to my concerns and respected me as an individual. I will definitely see her in the future for my obstetric needs.
