My appointment was for 2:05 pm, but was not called into until close to 3pm.

I found my provider open to work with me

Everyone, including the technician that took the basic information and did the EKG was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.

The new telephone system and answering service leaves a person confused and anxious. It needs to be replaced with a real person and someone that can help

My scheduled provider wasn't available and my appointment should have been cancelled since the PA was starting over with me and didn't have any new information for me and had to check with my doctor to answer my test questions

Everyone was very nice and I was satisfied with the care provided.

I hate digital anything. Liked both Drs. visits

My appointment was for 1:25,l was taken to the exam room at 1:40,the nurse was done checking me in at 1:45 and the doctor didn't come into the room until 2:10. That's ridiculous!!

Everyone at Gundersen is super. We are glad to have you in Winona as well.

Even though this nurse was not y usual cardiologist I thought she was excellent!

I felt important. Was given lots of time, opportunity to speak, all our questions were answered. My nurse practitioner was very professional , jet very welcoming and thoughtful. It was a very good day even though I understand my health is not so good.

NP Albena was easy to talk to. She answered all my questions . I would definitely recommend her to a loved one!
