Aiman Riaz, MD

Dr. Riaz is one of the most intelligent, compassionate, and easy to understand doctors who really seems to care for her patients as diabetics. And I appreciate that after having so many different endocrinologists who didn't seem to really understand how the disease works. So I highly recommend her care.

If I could give Dr. Riaz higher than ten I would give her 100+. I don't know what I would do without her. She knows when you are feeling bad about how results are going and assures you they are fine and not to be hard on yourself. We need lots more providers like her that truly want to help her patients and wants to give them the best care possible.

I love going to see Dr. Aiman Riaz! I only see her once a year, but she comes in acting like she's my next neighbor. She's always so friendly, down to earth and knows her stuff. I've talked to other people who have her as their doctor and they love her as well.

Dr.Riaz always is friendly. She is always in the best interest of her patients and listens fully! She is the best and I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else! I would recommend anyone to her!

Dr Riaz makes you feel like a person, not just a number on a chart that she is trying to get in and out of the office as quick as possible. She validates you and your concerns, makes you feel comfortable and explains what you need to do in a patient and kind way.

I appreciated Dr Diaz speaking to me and not my husband, but she answered his questions as well. She was able to explain things clearly and in a way we understood without making us feel stupid. She was also fast at responding to my Chart message and quickly got me on a better medication.

They did really well doing my checking everything out, but they didn't do so good when they did my medication. The gal that was doing it screwed it up, so I had the wrong dosage in that. And we had to start over with the pharmacy because it wasn't all there. So it was kind of confusing for me. But everything worked out after we got it straightened out. Thank you.

Is there a charge for a "televisit"? If yes, I would rather see my Doctor face-to-face at the clinic. Blessings

Dr. Riaz is the most educated endocrinologist I've dealt with in 50 years of being a diabetic. She listens very carefully. She's very realistic and honest with what, you know, you can do and what repercussions will be if you don't do. She just cares and listens and offers the most realistic recommendations to make it easier for you to live with a chronic disease like diabetes. I would recommend her to everybody and anybody who has an illness where an endocrinologist would be appropriate.

Love Dr. Riaz. When I am worried about my lab results before I come in she has such a way of reassuring me everything is fine and gives me parameters to stay in or watch. She is so personable and extremely easy to talk to.

It was a wonderful visit and very educational IF we would have not done so I might have lost My WIFE because She was given the wrong insulin by a Dr on your staff in the Onalaska clinic. Very sad and dangerous.

Dr Riaz is a true human being, & a true professional. She absolutely puts the patient first, listens extremely well & addresses every concern completely. Dr Riaz is a shared, decision-maker with the patient...explaining options & outcomes. Pay her double...and don't EVER let her go!!! She enhances & EMPLIFIES your reputation as a healthcare institution more than you know!!!

At this point in time, I need to go, and I have to go to this doctor. Dr. Riaz is amazing. She is wonderful. She is absolutely amazing to talk to. Getting into her office took me three months the first time, and almost another month the second time. Thankfully, there was a cancellation, and I was able to get in the next time. But at this point in time, you guys treat everybody like we're cattle. You ask for our birth dates. You don't even acknowledge our names. You turn around. All that matters to you is what gets put into the computer system as opposed to actually knowing us as individuals. You cram your doctor's schedule so full of human beings and so full of people that she doesn't have time to actually get in depth and know what she needs to know. And this isn't just the one doctor, this is across the board. Doctors that I have been going to for years, years, that used to spend time with me and have all of this other stuff and now you guys have their schedule set up so difficult to where they have to see a patient every 10 to 15 minutes.

Dr Riaz is wonderful! She is so kind, patient, informative comment professional and answered all of my many questions! We are working together on a treatment plan and I'm anxious to see her again in 3 months with some progress shown.

Dr Riaz, as well as her assistant, were wonderful. They were respectful, helpful and supportive. I felt that I was in very good hands.

I appreciate that Dr Riaz spent all the time needed to answer my questions and make me very comfortable about my upcoming surgery. She is a wonderful physician!

Excellent care and visit

Dr. Riaz and the other members of the Gundersen Endocrinology department are definitely very courteous and informative. Dr. Riaz reviewed my history with me and helped me make very informed decisions about my upcoming treatment plan.

Well, when you had me sign that agreement, before you printed it, and then when you printed it, it said the 5th instead of the 16th on it. So from now on, I'd like to read what I'm signing before you print it. That would be nice to know what you had to say before I sign something. That'd be good.
