I have only used my chart. Not the best at technology. So it's my responsibility to learn how to use thing's offered.

Front desk worker was very polite and friendly. The nurse that greeted me was not and Ahnna was not involved with my care 100%. When making my next appointment I indicated I do not care to have Ahnna for a provider. I need someone who listens. Other than the front desk worker, my appointment was useless.

I felt very comfortable during my visit with Ahnna. Thank you Ahnna!

Everything went well

My provider listens to me and doesn't make me feel like she is trying to get me out of the office. She shows my the information she is looking at and explains the test results.

Ahnna was incredible to work with and I greatly appreciate her expertise, professionalism, and warm demeanor.

When I went to checkout that receptionist was very rude, not the first time, it's happened several times, I do not appreciate the way I was treated! Also the P.A. I saw (Ahnna) forgot to send info to checkout, so I didn't get the info I requested. Also my blood pressure was taken 4 or 5 times until they got a reading that was satisfactory to them. I know my blood pressure is high and I'm more concerned about that than anyone else I saw that day. So I left feeling not to satisfied.

The care facility is close to home with ample parking and ease of access. Everyone was curteous,knowledgable and efficient. I am happy and grateful that I could and did choose Emplify/Gundersen for my continued health care needs.

Very professional workers

I absolutely loved Ahnna. If the VA would allow it, I would love to make her my primary doctor. Unfortunately, we can't do that.

I am especially happy with my new primary care provider, Ahnna Stelter. Please thank the entire team for my excellent care.

Only complaint is that my pre-op appt couldn't have been combined with my regular appointment the week before. To save time and the cost of an extra office visit when the same questions were gone over at both appointments.

PA Stelter truly listened to my concerns and together had a plan of action in place at the end of my appointment. I have been struggling with pain for months due to my previous providers inability to listen to my concerns. PA Stelter actively listened, validated my concerns putting me at ease knowing I was finally truly supported. She is an absolutely amazing doctor and I feel so fortunate to be her patient. I know I am in wonderful hands!
