Why do I have to show up 15 minutes before my appointment to not even get called back until 10 minutes after my appointment time

She and her staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and offered me options and laid them out of what can be done and let me choose what Avenue I would like to proceed with. Left with the knowledgeable that I could contact her with any concerns or problems. Waiting on results of extractions she sent to the lab for process and would call me with results and keep appt with oral surgery for further work up. Might get results of testing at that appt with oral surgery. Thank you for relieving some of my worry about my oral problem.

Provider very professional and made me feel very comfortable with my treatment.

It was great but the following appt is in 2027 and that's challenging but I guess they are booked that far

We absolutely love this department. We think they did a fabulous job pre-surgery, surgery, and post-surgery. Everyone was super professional, super welcoming, and warm, and overall very, very positive, happy, and did a lot to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible and relaxed as possible in a situation that was potentially very nerve-wracking. So we're very grateful to the staff and all the measures that they went to, especially considering it was a child that was being treated with surgery. So we really, really appreciate all the special links that they went through.
