Check out was a nightmare. The receptionist was put on hold for over 15 minutes with the scheduler to make follow up appointments. My disable father was already very uncomfortable in his wheelchair and this was exacerbating his pain. It was also causing a backup with others trying to check out and in. The scheduling process needs to do better!

Dr. Ho continues to be a very compassionate & knowledgeable person in my stroke recovery. Always aware of every aspect of my medical history and progress. Her kindness and attention to details has always been amazing. Such a special person. She is on top of any new rehab programs and offers ideas on how to take advantage of the services. Dr. Ho continues to be a very special personality and provider. What an asset for the entire Emplyfy organization.

Only place I would recommend, my husband had a tbi I was so upset they helped me through it out they were like family. The best staff, nurses Drs all of them were amazing.

Dr.Ho fought for me,to get therapy at the hospital and I did what I wanted told to do. Because I wanted to go home and live a full life on my own. Thanks so much for what you did . .
