Dr.Krueger is very knowledgeable, not rushed, explains everything very well & listens to my questions & needs! I feel very comfortable with her! The only thing which could improve is not have to wait so long to get in.

During the video visit several times I couldn't hear what the person was saying. Had to ask for comment/question repeated. The volume on my device was as high as I could get it.
