Seamless. Great job. In and out.

It may be my husband's fault, but he did not understand the provider. So he was not really answering all the questions correctly or maybe correctly, but not right away. So I liked him, but I'm not the patient.

The only two things I would say needs improvement are 1. Parking for the clinic was difficult to find and a spot was difficult to find. It looks like you need more parking. 2. The 3rd floor of the clinic looks a bit dreary. I'd suggest a freshen up. Other than that the experience was excellent.

Dr. S IS VERY KIND, THOROUGH IN HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPLANATIONS. IM GLAD HE IS MY DOCTOR.

You really shouldn't have such attractive nurses in this unit. Just kidding but they all seem to be attractive. Not meant to offend anyone

I would have liked to have the test results and future plans explained in more detail.

Was to call by noon today with follow up appointments, and it didn't happen.... Getting follow up appointments has been a problem.

First of all, I had a hard time getting an appointment. It was submitted as a non-emergency appointment, but no one called me. After waiting about 1 1/2 months, I contacted my primary care provider to find out what to do. I finally had to call, and I got an appointment 2 1/2 months later. Then a week before, I got a call saying that I had to reschedule. I had to push it out 2 more weeks. This was the first time seeing this provider. I didn't feel like he thought my health was important. He was very laid back and didn't give a lot of information. I had to ask questions if I wanted any information.

The clinic is difficult to navigate. Insufficient maps and signage.
