Dr. Butler is great!

I would like to be able to see my x-ray images on my home online portal. Right now I am not able to do so.

It was a very good visit. The radiologist in X-rays was so friendly and kind. My visit with Dr. Butler was very helpful. He showed my X-rays and explained my progress and answered any questions or concerns I had. He's such a great doctor in all areas and I would trust him with any future visits or surgery I may need. It is also so nice to have your clinic and hospital so near by that we don't have to travel to Onalaska or Lacrossse. Thank you

I thought I had signed up for a cortisone shot. No one told me that this was an evaluation of my last shot and only an office visit. I am now scheduled for a cortisone shot in three weeks! That's a long time to wait when you have pain. I was totally disappointed that someone didn't communicate this better to me!

The only unfortunate thing is trying to get in for the test to determine carpal tunnel. It is a two month wait for that. Hoping something will open up sooner. ?

Dr Butler and his team did an exceptional job they explained things in way that I could understand they went over the photographs that he took the day of my surgery everyone was exceptional they took care to make sure I was comfortable they took time to explain what they were doing after the surgery. Dr Butler and the surgical team explained to my daughter exactly what they were doing and made everything easy to understand for her also.

Yes, the experience with the doctor was very well. The check-in, this check-out was actually painful. We were there forever. Person didn't have a clue what they were doing, didn't ask for help from anybody. She said she was new, but like I say, she didn't ask for help from anybody. She just fumbled through it, going over and over and getting the same wrong answers. So checkout was the only issue. Thank you.

Dr. Butler was a very person that explained things to me and showed me how the hip was going to be done and the nurses were excellent and I would recommend those people for any surgery that they need to have. Thank you and have a good day.

I don't mind the reminders for sure, but they are a bit over the top with numerous text and email messages about an appt. Not a bad thing necessarily but I think two would be sufficient.? Thank you.

Had to amend the work comp form to clarification but nursing staff handled as needed

Dr. Butler really listened to me, he shared my x-rays and MRI results with me, and he provided a 3-step process going forward. He was funny, personable, and very educated about the knee. I have the utmost trust and respect for him.

I left my appt feeling more informed than I ever have. The Dr listened to me, answered my questions and I felt "seen" as a person, not just a number! It was a positive experience even tho it wasn't the outcome I wanted, I have actually considered changing clinics.

Dr butler was very nice except in his clinical notes needs some corrections made he put I'm not retired correction is I'm retired was a cna and housekeeper prior to retirement please make sure he makes the corrections needed other then that he was a terrific dr thank you
