Dr Zivney is great

Dr. Zivney is an amazing doctor! He talks to you like a real person and I am completely comfortable bringing up any new issues I may have. We talk through them together and make a decision together on the best treatment. THAT is what makes the difference between a good doctor and a GREAT doctor, like him.

I still find My Chart is difficult to navigate at times. Very difficult to load pics of insurance. The care is phenomenal.

Dr. Zivney is the best!! He takes time and answers all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. He's also very knowledgeable and knows exactly who has more knowledge than he does in certain areas and doesn't hesitate to refer you to that person.

Dr.Zivney is the most compassionate and caring Dr. I would not like to have to change Dr.s at all. He listens carefully to what you are saying and he helped me with some insurance issues with the medicines I am taking. Amy his assistant was very friendly. I am very happy with both of them.

Dr Zivney requested that I make 3 appointments for additional care/testing. The person at the desk didn't offer to help schedule these appointments, which has always been done for me in the past, but stated someone would reach out to schedule these. So far, 4 days later, no one has done that.

I had an excellant experience at the clinic. Dr Zivney answered all my questions.

Dr. Zivney is so wonderful. I can come in with a headache that is a 7 and leave with no headache!!! I pray that Emplify will hire more DO's who will do Osteopathic Treatments. For me, this treatment is more successful than Chiropractic articulations. Blessings

Dr. Zivney has been a terrific Family Practice doctor and we appreciate him very much. It is very hard sometimes to get an appointment with the doctor that you typically see for an annual as dates are really booked out.

My chart has become more difficult to access because of Epic changes.

I can no longer find the list of things that are due, such as mammogram, thyroid test, etc.

Great , but some of the changes in My C hart to order or reorder meds is very difficult. Especially when My Chart cc says, "Contact your pharmacy" and the pharmacy says, "Contact your physician " Making life difficult for all of us.

I usually do not like going to the dr but I always look forward to my appt with dr Zivney.

Dr. Zivney is such a great physician. He's always willing to listen to me as a parent. He gives me credit for knowing my own child. He doesn't over react or under react...I always trust him. The only negative is that because he's such a good doctor, he's always booked up:)

Dr Zivney listened carefully and gave real solutions to my pain. He took action immediately with real tests and real treatments at the mere mention of symptoms I was having.
